Hair-N-Paris has a 1-day money back guarantee policy on items that are incorrectly processed by us, for example the wrong color, texture or length was shipped. The package must be unopened and products is unused. Once you receive your order, you have 1 day to contact Hair-N-Paris via email or phone to let us know that you are unhappy with your order. The bundles must be mailed back to Hair-N-Paris within 2 days. Please take in mind that once the packaging has been opened or tampered with no refund or exchange will be given. Once you contact Hair-N-Paris, we will provide you with the information on where to return the bundles so that the product can be inspected. The hair must be in the original condition as when it was received. If the packaging has been opened or if the bundles are damaged or altered in any way, the refund will be denied. If the bundles pass the inspection, a refund will be issued minus a $45 restocking fee. No refunds available for payment plan purchases, exchange of merchandise only. If an exchange is granted for any purchase, all sales are final. Additional exchanges or refunds will not be available once the first exchange has been approved. All sales are final on discounted items (including the use of discount codes).
International shipping usually takes 7-14 business days. The carrier we use for international shipping is USPS. The package will ship USPS Priority Mail with a tracking number and signature confirmation.
If you wish to cancel your Hair-N-Paris order, please contact us as soon as possible. You must cancel your order with 24 hours of placing the order to avoid any shipping and payment processing overlaps. If you do not contact Hair-N-Paris with in 24 hours of placing your order cancellation will no longer be available for the sales associate to assist you.
