Once you receive your order, you have 3 days to contact Hair-N-Paris via email, phone, or Facebook to let us know that you are unhappy with your order. The bundles must be mailed back to Hair-N-Paris within 7 days. Once you contact Hair-N-Paris, we will provide you with the information on where to return the bundles. The bundles must be in the original condition when received. If the bundles are damaged or altered in any way, the refund will be denied. If the bundles pass the inspection, a refund will be issued minus a $35 restocking fee.
